Corporate Manager

Paladin Organisation is one of the fastest growing, innovative customer acquisition firms in India. We provide cost effective and Brand enhancing client representation, Customer acquisition and business promotion services to our clients globally.

We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically on all functional areas of Business Management viz. Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):

Business Associate =>Corporate Trainer => Corporate Team Leader => Assistant Business Head => Business Head

This position starts with a Business Associate who is sequentially trained to be a Corporate Trainer, then a Corporate Team Leader, then an ABH and finally a BH.

Responsibilites
  • Mapping of new market segments in new territories across India.
  • Designing dynamic and innovative marketing strategies for blue chip companies.
  • Involves leading a team of 20 to 30 people working in various functions of management.
  • Business exposure to manage promotional campaigns on National / International level.
  • Using a combination of BTL and ATL activities to enhance the market capitalization of our clients.
  • Team Building and mentoring.
